Club & Pool
Residents enjoy a resort-style pool which includes in-water lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and pool side seating. The clubhouse has a great event lawn space for use year-round to Beau Coast residents complete with a full indoor kitchen, lounging furniture and bathrooms.
Traders
A facility within the Beau Coast community featuring an on-site Beau Gro-To Go location, a local restaurant featuring sandwiches, salads, and homemade meals to go. Located on Trader’s Lake, patrons enjoy the waterfront view which also offers kayak launches for residents to take a spin around in the water. Trader’s features an extensive back patio which opens to the lake with a fire pit and seating for all to sit and enjoy the beautiful view.
Traders
A facility within the Beau Coast community featuring an on-site Beau Gro-To Go location, a local restaurant featuring sandwiches, salads, and homemade meals to go. Traders is open to the public so any resident of the Town of Beaufort is welcome to come and share this space. Located on Trader’s Lake, patrons enjoy the waterfront view which also offers kayak launches for residents to take a spin around in the water. Trader’s features an extensive back patio which opens to the lake with a fire pit and seating for all to sit and enjoy the beautiful view.
Dog Park
The newest facilities introduced in late 2021. The dog park has fenced small and large dog play areas. There is a covered sitting area for dog parents and cleanup stations. A great place for your pampered pooch to meet their best friends.
Pickleball Courts
There are two pickleball courts with standard striping and net height. So why is pickleball so popular? It is an easy to learn paddle sport that is appropriate for players of all ages and skill levels. While it’s a great sport for beginners, more experienced players play games that are fast-paced, challenging and competitive.
Community Garden
Residents have access to a community garden. Gardens are planted by committee members, harvests are enjoyed by all at community dinners.
Trader’s Lake
This is a man-made lake, built for the residents of Beau Coast to enjoy. The lake is stocked with fish for fishing, kayak launches are installed for easy water access and there are 3 fountains making this lake a beautiful water feature in the community.
Kayak Barn
The barn was built with the resident’s space in mind. This amenity is available on a first come first served basis, at no additional cost to residents to store kayaks and canoes with easy access to Beau Coast Waterfront Park. There is also more storage now available at Trader’s as well as on a first come first serve basis.
Waterfront Park
Residents have exclusive boat access to Taylor’s Creek complete with launches, a manicured garden with chairs for water viewing pleasure. You can crab or fish from the pier or enjoy a glass of wine with friends while watching a beautiful sunset over the water, watching the wild horses across the waterway or dolphins parading on Taylor’s Creek.
Beau Coast Events
If you love to socialize, Beau Coast is your place. Whether it’s an event sponsored by the developers or the HOA, there is a lot happening. Listen to a band, deck out your golf cart for the 4th of July Celebration, Wine Down Wednesdays, Yoga On The Lawn, Pot-Luck Dinners, Fall Oyster Roast, entertaining Classes and Demonstrations and lots more.
