Fortunately, it’s time once again for Beaufort Wine & Food’s Vin de Mer: The Tasting, part of the overall Spring Fest. Vin de Mer is Beaufort Wine & Food’s biggest event. Taking place Saturday, April 25, 2025 at The Beaufort Club Lawn, this is a wonderful opportunity to taste a wide range of food, wine, and spirits. It’s no surprise that this event is the fan favorite and makes up a huge part of the Spring Fest success and entertainment.
Spread out beneath a sea of tents, visitors have the opportunity to try a tempting array of small bites from local Carteret County chefs and restaurants along with visiting chefs, as well. As you go along, you’ll find an equally broad array of wines and spirits to complement the food. Running from 1-4 pm, this casual event lets you meander at your own pace to further enjoy the laid back atmosphere and the appetizing vibe. The fun doesn’t have to end at 4 pm. If you upgrade to The Lounge ticket, you can enjoy an after-hours concert with Chris Rafter, which runs until 6 pm. He puts on a great show of his original music that blends country crossover and rock, sure to appeal to plenty of listeners and earn him even more fans.
